There is an amazing ratio of chefs and covers with about a dozen chefs serving around 30 covers.

There is no live in currently but full assistance will be offered in finding somewhere to live. The hotel has a policy of promoting from within so there is a lot of scope to develop.

The salary which is £15.5k is negotiable but whilst the salary is fractionally on the low side the opportunity will allow you to progress and become one of the top chefs in the country and to earn top money.
