There is a 3AA Rosette Restaurant and a brasserie.

They are looking for somebody to head up a 3 strong pastry team.

They are prepared to look at a strong pastry chef de partie with similar experience up to a full Head Pastry Chef but if it is a chef de partie they will need to impress upon the chef that they have the necessary skills to inpliment health and safety and control training and personnel issues.

Salary can be from £17,500 to £24,000. The work pattern is 48 hours split over 5 split shifts.

Live in is available at a very modest £55 per week.

You will be expected to have stayed at least a year in the majority of your positions and to have worked at least to 2AA Rosette standard at most of them.
