We are, rarely, not going into any great depth on this position as the right applicant will be more than aware of the standards and requirements of such a position and will know too that they will get full support in order to produce pastries and desserts to the right standard in both presentation and flavour.

The style is unashamedly French so you had better know how to produce the best Tart Tatin in the world but also how to enhance the flavours in any traditional dish as well as producing food in line with the latest styles and tastes.

You will need to have extensive experience at least to 3AA Rosette Michelin Star level and have an absolute right to work in the UK.
