This is a long standing client that has an accolades list as long as your arm.

They have held 2AA Rosettes as long as we can remember. There is an organic kitchen garden and the maximum use is made of fresh local produce. With 6 chefs covering 80 to 100 covers this is very much a position for a senior chef de partie or junior sous who likes to be busier on the stove than with administrative duties albeit they in their turn need attention, as well as helping your more junior colleagues along.

Live in is a posibility but they are looking for a self reliant chef who knows how to look after himself and his patrons.

Salary is in the region of £18 to £21.5k

You must have at least 2 or 3 years at 2AA Rosette standard or above and be totally eligible to work in the UK.
