Sous chef wanted for 2AA Rosette Hotel in North Yorkshire that is looking to achieve a 3rd Rosette / Michelin Star.

We are often approached by companies for staff who are able to help achieve a Michelin Star. Most fail for a variety of reasons but nothing makes the task more impossible than when senior management are at odds with the chef, so we are delighted to tell you that the chef and F & B manager have worked at a string of 1 to 3 Michelin starred properties and are well acquainted with what is needed.

The succesful Sous chef will be part of a 13 chef bridade serving up to 55/65 covers.

There are occasional small functions in which case the restaurant closes.

The salary is above the average in the area and is set at £27.5k

There is live in available but because this is a senior role that facility can only be offered for 3 months.

You must have an absolute right to work in the UK and have experience as a sous chef at 3AA Rosette/Michelin Star level for at least 2 years and to have had previous experience at that level as a chef de partie.
