This is an outstanding opportunity for a SOUS CHEF to work with a 3AA Rosette chef whose people would almost be prepared to die for, such is his experience and fairness in the kitchen.

The succesful SOUS CHEF would work as part of a 16 strong brigade producing up to 70 or 80 covers.

The position offers you the social stability of having every Sunday and Monday off and subject to work pressure chef tries to ensure that you have at least one early or late each week instead of a split.

Unusually for such a senior position, the succesful sous chef can elect to live in, at a cost of only £2,000 per annum and the surroundings do not get much better that this Georgian House set in its own impressive grounds.

Previous 3AAR or Michelin Star experience is preferred but consideration will be given to chefs will different backgrounds so long as they can demonstrate that they have the necessary culinary skills.
