They are looking for a chef de partie, with a minimum of two years experience at 2AA Rosette and preferably 3AA Rosettes.

The original 40 cover dining room where they are looking for 3AA Rosettes will soon be suplemented by a new 50 seater brasserie.

The brigade, including this chef de partie will be 9.

Salary for a chef de partie in the area will be excellent for the right applicant who can earn up to £17.5k
