Welcoming Inn set in the idyllic Wye Valley near Monmouth is looking for a junior sous chef to help the 3 strong brigade serve 28 covers in the restaurant or the bar.

The head chef has a good rosette background and whilst not specifically chasing rosettes, the succesful junior sous chef will be expected to share chef's vision of producing the best of Modern British food from the best local produce.

The position is live out and initially pays £18k per annum.

You will be expected to have a rosette background and to have a total right to work in the UK and to have stayed at least one year in the vast majority of your positions. The position is live out.
