The head chef will allow the succesful pastry chef a lot of licence to create their own dishes.

There is a 110 seater restaurant served by a brigade of 10 chefs. It is an extremely happy place to work and the chefs support eachother excellently and as such you will be expected to cover some larder as well in line with most Scandinavian and European kitchens and on that subject the style is Modern European.

You must have a good pastry background to at least 2AA Rosette standard and to have held a senior position at that level.
