Chef de Partie wanted for one of our favourite clients who we have known for many years.

The restaurant produces robust, rustic French provincia food in its 150 cover estaurant set on 3 floors.

Many of the chef de partie s that we place here stay long term or return again because there is a teriffic atmosphere, only 7 shifts and 2 weekends a month off. There is no Sunday service and only Saturday night.

Holidays are also generous and you get ALL bank holidays off plus a salary of up to £20k!!
