This GASTROPUB is looking for a JUNIOR SOUS CHEF AND A SOUS CHEF who want to make their name working at a top gastro pub working under its 2 Michelin Star trained head chef. There are no accolades currently but they will be looking to attain a Bib Gourmand.

There are 7 chefs covering 70 covers taking a modern turn on traditional British pub cuisine using the best local produce. Hours are 5 days out of 7. There is no accommodation.
