This very fine French Restaurant, which is looking for a strong CHEF DE PARTIE, has been a client of ours for many years. The kitchen has a high preponderance of French Chefs so kitchen French, whilst not strictly necessary, would be a distict advantage.

There are 80 covers served by an eight strong brigade.

The restaurant has a delightful riverside setting. This is a position for a very strong CHEF DE PARTIE who will be expected to have had at least two years in a similar position.

The salary for the succesful is £17k plus FREE LIVE IN giving a package valued at around £20k.
