Demi Chef de Partie Pastry, required for a long standing client in central London.
The Hotel is a privately owned 5 star de luxe with a 2AA Rosette restaurant but the hotels outlets often cook to a higher standard as their many awards national and international awards give evidence to.
There is a 70 seater fine dining restaurant, four function rooms and a busy bar served by a 23 strong brigade.
The head chef is a natural leader and teacher and many chefs stay with him long term.
The salary, set at £17.1k is outstanding for a demi chef de partie and the hotel expects only outstanding pastry demi chefs de partie who have a solid 2AA or 3AA Rosette background to apply.
Please do not apply unless you have an absolute right to work in the UK, stay in the majority of your positions for at least one year and have at least two years experience at chef de partie level at a 2AA Rosette, or more, establishment.
There is a possibility of live in at between £300 and £400 per month
