CHEF DE PARTIE wanted to work alongside a great Head Chef who we have worked with for years. The restaurant is set in West Sussex close to the coast at Chichester

There is a strong Fish bias so this is a great opportunity for an improving chef de partie to learn all about what can be a diifficult section.

There are 90 covers served by a brigade of 8.

Salary is set at £18k and there is live in if required.
