CHEF DE PARTIE for 4 star, 2AA Rosette hotel in Hampshire.

This is an old highly respected client of ours who look after their staff extremely well, paying London money and giving many benefits.

In exchange they are looking for a fully qualified CHEF DE PARTIE with a similar background of small luxury hotels with high qualifications and hygiene certificates, who is prepared to commit a couple of years. In exchange you will learn from a head chef who truly develops his protegees skills.

There is a 60 or 70 cover fine dining restaurant which can serve double that amount at weekends. There are functions between 90 and 250.

The succesful CHEF DE PARTIE can expect to work 40 hours over 5 splits with any overtime given as time off in lieu or paid.

Accommodation is available nearby at just under £50 per week. Whilst this is a country house hotel it is, non the less, within walking distance of Baingstoke which is a major town.
