CHEF DE PARTIE needed for 3AA Rosette restaurant that is looking progressively to go to 4 and then 5AA Rosettes.

There are around 40 covers plus a private dining room of up to 20, served by an 8 strong brigade.

You get Saturday lunch and Sundays off plus another day in the week so you will be working 9 shifts.

The succesful CHEF DE PARTIE will enjoy a salary of up to £20k but who is counting if you are aiming for the stars and have a head chef who can achieve that.
