There is a 50 seater fine dining restaurant plus other outlets and functions served by a brigade of 6 chefs and 3 KP's.

For chefs de partie the week is 50 hours worked over split shifts.Salary including tips is £18k and low cost live in is available if required.

The restaurant is in a busy market town 10 miles from the capital Cardiff.
