This Nottingham based 2AA Rosette Restaurant has been a long term client because they really look after our applicants well.

They are looking for a strong chef de partie to join its 13 strong brigade in serving its 100 cover restaurant and that ratio of chefs to covers is more akin to Michelin Star status.

Salaries for a chef de partie outside of London are around £16k so this is top money but they need a really strong Chef de Partie.
