GRILL CHEF DE PARTIE required for a hotel and head chef that we have known for years. The head chef spent many years at the Manoir.

There is a fine dining restaurant serving around 30 to 40 covers and a bar/grill serving a similar number plus occassional functions but this position is for the grill only.

The succesful GRILL CHEF DE PARTIE will be part of a team of 8 working split shifts and enjoy a salary of £15k.
