This is a great opportunity for a progressing young chef to work as a JUNIOR SOUS CHEF under an excellent 2AAR+ head chef who we have known for years.

Salary has been intially set at £18/19k but is negitiable if an outstanding applicant presents themselves.

There are two outlets, a brasserie seating 30 and a 2AA Rosette fine dining restaurant which seats 40 or 50. There can be functions up to 80 which normally take over the whole premises.

There are 9 chefs in the brigade which works split shifts.

Accommodation is available at under £50 per week.
