The succesful demi chef de partie will enjoy an outstanding remuneration package of £18.5k. That is more than most Chefs de Partie earn outside of London!

The restaurant is closed Sunday evening and Monday and as a demi chef de partie you will get other time off in the week.

There are around 60 covers served by a 6 strong brigade of chefs.
