This rural 2AA Rosette restaurant is looking for a pastry chef de partie. They cook to the highest possible 2AA Rosette standard and as such will need a sous chef with at least a 2AA Rosette background.

The kitchen, whislt smallish is one of the best laid out kitchens I have ever seen and any Pastry Chef de Partie would be delighted to work in it.

There are 70 covers served by a brigade of 5 chefs and the succesful pastry chef de partie will enjoy a salary in the region of £16 to £18kk
