There is a 70 seater fine dining restaurant, four function rooms and a busy bar served by a 23 strong brigade including this Junior Sous Chef.

The head chef is a natural leader and teacher and many chefs stay with him long term.

The salary, set at £27.748k is outstanding for a junior sous chef and the hotel expects only outstanding chefs who have a solid 2AA or 3AA Rosette background to apply.
