We are looking for a very strong Chef de Partie for this proprietor owned gastro pub.

The successful chef de partie will be part of a brigade of 6 preparing up to 75 covers. There are only very rarely functions.

As chef de partie you will be expected to maintain its already high standards which have gained them 2AA Rosettes, a Bib Gourmand plus many other accolades. AA Gill gave them an outstanding review. That is why no ordinary chef de partie will do and why they are offering London money.

Accommodation can be provided for the succesful chef de partie at a charge of £200 per month.

The chef de partie will work 8 or 9 shifts a week depending upon the season.
