£30k to £35k NEGOTIABLE PLUS OVERTIME

This celebrated events company that provides for some of the best parties, weddings and corporate events in the Capital is now working in association with one of the very best 2 Star Michelin chefs in London and looking for a strong SENIOR SOUS CHEF to help lead the brigade.

Based in South London, the successful SENIOR SOUS CHEF will lead a core group of retained chefs and will control the variable brigade which will rise to meet needs. The succesful events senior sous chef will also work closely with the menu designer, kitchen manager and Canape Chef.

Hours are seasonal and the succesful Senior Sous Chef would need both transport and flexibility.

However,small events often with domestic and overseas dignitaries are equally just as likely as large weddings or events, film premiers etc.

The successful SENIOR SOUS CHEF must have expeience to at least 2AA Rossette level and have AT LEAST 2 or 3 years in a similar events company position or a multifunction banqueting operation with covers in excess of 300. He or she will be actively encouraged to cook with seasonal produce.

This is a job for somebody with a driving passion who understands that the show must go on no matter what, so the hours are as required!!

The basic salary for this events SENIOR SOUS CHEF is around £30k to £35k and the client is happy to discuss bonuses.
