The fine dining restaurant has 75 covers and there are function facilities of up to 250 served by the new DEMI OR CHEF DE PARTIE as part of an 18 strong brigade.

The succesful DEMI OR CHEF DE PARTIE will earn £14k TO £16K for only 7 shifts but tronc and overtime added you are looking more realistically at £17k to £19k per annum
