CHEF DE PARTIE FOR NEW RESORT SPA HOTEL

This is the first new build in England by the International IHG group is looking for 3 CHEFS DE PARTIE who will be responsible for a 45 cover fine dining fish restaurant, 160 cover brasserie, 250 cover lounge and terrace, private members lounge and 80 cover Golf Sports Bar plus banqueting for up to 700 plus arena catering for this 213 Bedroom Hotel.

It is critical that the succesful CHEF DE PARTIE has experience in high volume, high quality food in a similar 4 or 5 Star hotel.

Live in is available. The position at CHEF DE PARTIE level pays £16k to £18k per annum depending upon experience.
