An exciting development is that they are embarking upon a Chacuterie to supply meats to the restaurant and they will be buying a pig farm soon in Gloucestershire to serve the Chacuterie!!

A strong CHEF DE PARTIE is needed for this very busy gastropub with 70 covers plus bar served by a brigade of 7 chefs.

As CHEF DE PARTIE you will be expected to work 7 shifts and receive a realistic salary for a Chef de Partie in London of £21k TO £22K.

The successful Chef de Partie will need previous experience to 2AA Rosette level at chef de partie level for a minimum of 2 years.
