SOUS CHEF for 2AAR Restaurant in the picturesqe town of Ross on Wye.

The succesful sous chef will be part of a 4 strong brigade producing up to 45 covers. There is only about 1 wedding a month so this is an ideal position for a sous chef who wants to concentrate on their fine dining skills.

Salary is set at £20k plus free live in making a package of around £23k
