We need two junior sous chefs for a long established client for two properties in Cornwall. Both are or will be 2AAR and one has recently appointed a sous chef from Michelin Starred Nobu.

Both are set near to Land's End, one on the North Coast, one on the South Coast.

They are part of a small select group that often attracts Michelin Star trained chefs.

The position on the North Coast serves 70 or more covers from a brigade of 6 chefs, the one on the South Coast 80 from a brigade of 5 chefs. Naturally there are seasonal trends at both establishments.

We have known the owners for many years and are happy to give them our strongest recommendation.

Both these Junior Sous Chef positions will pay between £19k and £22k depending upon experience. Both are live out.
