We have known chef for many years. He retains his chefs well but unusually he is looking for both a JUNIOR SOUS CHEF and a full SOUS CHEF.

Experience at either 4 or 5 Star hotels is imperitive as is the need to have worked at least to Senior Chef de Partie level at a 2AA Rosette standard property for at leat two years.

Salary for the JUNIOR SOUS CHEF is set at £22k and £25k for the full SOUS CHEF position.
