Strong SOUS CHEF for small Country House Hotel in Oxfordshire looking to regain its second AA Rosette.

There are 46 covers served by a brigade of 4 chefs. In season there can be functions to 90 and Marques up to 120 at which time the restaurant closes.

Shifts will depend upon work but generally are about 8 shifts a week. The menu is mostly modern British but does sometimes have mediterranean and Asian influences.

Salary is set at the top of the spectrum for rural positions at £25k.
