SOUS CHEF wanted for one of our favourite clients.

There is a new head chef who took over from the previous head chef recently who was here for 15 years!!!!!

There are 25 bedrooms, 50 covers and a brigade of 9 chefs.

There are 3AA Rosette currently which have been held for many years and the owner would be amenable to anybody who could help the chef to strive for more.

Salary package is up to £30k and will be dependent upon experience. The client is looking for a chef with previous experience to 3AAR or Michelin Star or above for at least two years at Chef de Partie level or above and sous chef experience of at least two years to a good 2AA Rosette standard.
