This JUNIOR SOUS CHEF position is in its brasserie but have no mistakes about the quality as absolutely EVERYTHING in this hotel is 5 STAR.

To illustrate the point the 80 seater brasserie is served by a brigade of at least 15 chefs and that ratio stays the same in many Michelin Starred properties.

Salary is set at £19k and to be honest you could probably get another £1k or £2k elsewhere but what you will not get elsewhere is the standard of learning that will guarantee your future and ensure that you are amongst the country's elite in terms of both quality and income.

As JUNIOR SOUS CHEF you will need experience to chef de partie level over at least 3 years in a good 2AA Rosette or maybe a senior chef de partie role at least a year at a 3AA Rosette place.
