JUNIOR SOUS CHEF for outstanding 5 star de Luxe Central London Hotel.

This is a position in a world renowned, international hotel with various outlets and functions, including the celebrated 3AA Rosette 90 cover fine dining restaurant .

The successful JUNIOR SOUS CHEF will, as part of a 45 strong brigade of chefs, be working 5 splits with 2 days off.

Salary is well placed at £25,000 per annum. Sound previous experience to at least 5 Star or a good 2AA Rosette level will be expected as will the absolute right to work in the UK.

The succesful JUNIOR SOUS CHEF will also be expected to have stayed in previous positions for at least one year and preferably two plus, or to be able to demonstrate sound reasons for any short term tenures
