JUNIOR SOUS CHEF sought for a leading 5 star de luxe hotel in major city.

The succesful JUNIOR CHEF DE PARTIE will be part of a 16 strong brigade serving only 70 covers and any functione there are, take over the restaurant.

You will need previous experience as a chef de partie in a 3AAR or Michelin Star premises or maybe a sous chef in a top of the range 2AA Rosette premises.

The salary for this Junior Sous chef is a realistic £21k and there are only 8 shifts per week
