This established Italian restaurant in the Middlesex area has just employed a new HEAD CHEF with international and Michelin Star experience and that is the direction that this place is looking to go in time.

They are looking for an established PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE with at least two years experience as a pastry chef to at least a good 2AA Rosette level.

The salary is set at £21k but with tips the succesful PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE can expect to earn up to £25k.

Naturally previous experience of high class Italian cuisine would be a distinct advantage but enthusiasm and hard work are more important.

There are around 60 covers currently served by a brigade of 6 chefs currently.
