The position is 40 Hours over split shifts. Because this is the Sauce section you will need to have proven experience in a 2AA Rosette standard property.

The salary for this DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE position in £16,000 per annum which is commensurate with a Chef dePartie position in a lot of places and there are many generous benefits on top of it all.

You will need to be a DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE who can demonstrate an absolute right to work in the UK.

The position is live out or live in with around £46 per week live in.
