his friendly neighbourhood restaurant in Pinner has been going for 19 years and has enjoyed much aclaim and many awards for most of that time is looking for an up and coming chef to join as a SOUS CHEF but graduate to the Head Chef position in the near future.

The successful SOUS CHEF will work at the moment alongside the chef patron controlling a brigade of up to 3 junior chefs junior chefs working splits but with 10pm finishes.

The successful SOUS CHEF must have the absolute right to work in the UK
