Private members club in Mayfair is looking for a number of CHEFS DE PARTIE to support its ongoing growth.

The succesful CHEF DE PARTIE will be used to working with the finest fresh ingredients such as Foie Gras and to be abler to use them to prepare excellent Modern British cuisine with a few foreign influences.

The restaurant offers 75 covers. There are function rooms at 30 and 16 plus the bar. The brigade at full strength is 15 chefs so there is a healthy ratio of covers to chefs which would place the standard at least at 2AAR.

The succesful CHEF DE PARTIE will work only 4 days on splits with 3 days off and the salary is properly set at £20k
