The succesful DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE SAUCE will have at least 2 years experience to at least 2AA Rosette standard or as this is a sauce position it may appeal to a chef de partie who wants to approve their standards.

The hotel regularly cooks above its designated 2AA Rosette standard and wins numerous awards, the latest being Top British Restaurant from ZAGAT.

There are 75 covers plus 3 small private dining rooms the largest of which is only 50 covers.

The ratio of Covers to Chefs is akin to a Michelin Star brigade as the successful CHEF DE PARTIE will work as part of a 23 strong Brigade.

Salary is £17,500 which as good as a lot of CHEF DE PARTIE salaries in the Capital and it is only 8 shifts a week.
