As the succesful CHEF DE PARTIE you will enjoy a wage of £17k, be working 9 shifts a week and there is live in available for a small charge if needed a few miles away in Chippenham.

Few CHEF DE PARTIE JOBS offer the same chance to build such a strong skill base. Everything is made in house and meat is bought as carcass, so you will develop butchery skills that few learn nowadays.

The hours are long and hard but the opportunity to learn a lot of skills, makes the effort worthwhile and the chef proprietor will always be there to answer questions and develop your skills.
