The successful JUNIOR SOUS CHEF for this 4 Star property will be part of a sizeable brigade that produces 2AAR cuisine for 60 diners plus functions.

The succesful JUNIOR SOUS CHEF will enjoy a salary of £20 k which is a good average wage.

Live in is available if required.

Previous experiene to 2AAR standard at least to Chef de Partie level will be required as will the absolute right to work in the UK.
