PASTRY SOUS CHEF for 5 STAR multi outlet hotel with a 2AA Rosette fine dining restaurant and large functions.

As such you will need a number of years experience in a large, high quality production kitchen as well as sound experience in 4 or 5 star hotels.

You will be at the head of a 16 strong pastry brigade.

You will need:-

TOP MAN MANAGEMENT SKILLS
BE ABLE TO PRODUCE 2AAR STANDARD FOOD NO MATTER THE NUMBERS.
TO BE CALM UNDER PRESSURE AND ABLE TO LEAD FROM THE FRONT

You must have ALL of those attributes as well the absolute right to work in the UK
