CHEF DE PARTIE required for mainly Seafood biased restaurant set in a boutique hotel in a Georgian coaching inn.
There is a 30 cover seafood restaurant and 50 cover bistro. There are some functions but the seafood restaurant always stays open.
There succesful chef de partie will be part of a brigade working around 50 hours per week.
The top salary package comes to £20k plus. There is a basic of up to £18k, plus around £1,200 in tips plus low cost live in at only £50 per week plus a share of the utility bills.
You will be expected to have previous experience as a chef de partie in a rosetted property.
