PASTRY CHEF needed for a long standing Relais and Chateaux client in Bath.

There are 60 to 70 covers served by a 16 strong brigade including a pastry brigade of 4.

Salary for this PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE position is set at £16k but there are numerous other benefits including tips, full use of the gymnasium, 27 days holiday and a 50% reduction on relais and Chateaux properties after 6 months.

The successful PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE will work a mixture of straight and split shifts with a maximum of 8 shifts per week.

You will need at least 2 years experience in a 2AA Rosette kitchen or two years at commis/demi chef position in a 3AAR.
