DEMI CHEF OR CHEF DE PARTIE wanted for M Star restaurant in East Sussex.

For this position restaurant experience is paramount as is having worked to at least 2AA Rosette standard.

The succesful DEMI CHEF OR CHEF DE PARTIE will be part of a 4 strong brigade serving up to 65 covers.

The establishment closes every Monday and Tuesday ensuring that you can enjoy a social life too.

Basic salary is up to £18k for a highly experienced chef with 3AA Rosette or Michelin Star experience plus gratuities and virtuall free live in making the salary package worth around £22k
